Tips for Installation and Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning
- Use bathroom cleaners to remove soap, limescale, and grease deposits to keep the threshold in good condition.
- Installation with Tape
- Remove the protective layer from the adhesive tape.
- Press the threshold firmly onto a clean and dry surface.
- Leave for 24 hours to allow proper adhesion, avoiding contact with water or moisture during this time.
- Installation with Mounting Glue or Silicone
- Apply glue or silicone to the threshold.
- Allow it to dry for at least 12 hours without exposing it to water or moisture.
- Additional Protection for Tiled Surfaces
- When installing over tiles with grout, apply a small amount of silicone to the areas where the threshold meets the grout.
